Dairy-free What I eat in a day

I have not had much chance to make new things lately but I thought I would post another what I eat in a day. I will hopefully have some new recipe ideas soon!

Breakfast

For breakfast I just had chocolate oatmeal, made using Oatly and topped with a banana and blueberries and a glass of orange juice. Ever since I first made chocolate oatmeal it’s hard to eat it plain!

Lunch

For lunch I tried something new, which I recently posted about in my dairy-free lunch ideas here. It was a guacamole and egg sandwich. I never really liked guacamole that much but I tried making my own and it was actually not that bad. I’ve made it a few more times since then and I really like it now.

Dinner

For dinner I had a BBQ chicken salad. It was basically homemade chicken goujons (they’re hard to see but they are there!) topped with a BBQ sauce and a side salad and slice of bread. The lighting is poor, sorry. The BBQ sauce is a homemade one and I got the recipe from Ainsley Harriott.

Snacks

I always eat snacks. I had apples and almond butter, as always. I actually put way more almond butter on after I took this picture!

Thank you for visiting my blog. If you have any questions or comments, I would love to hear from you.
